No stars. So little staff on hand there was messy tables everywhere. Me and my mother cleaned our table ourselves! And then there was a 20 minute wait because they ran out of chicken!! It took an hour for our order to be completed it was so slow! We ate faster than we were served! Usually combined locations can handle the large flow of customers coming in and out. The bust bin was sitting on a table! The garbage was over flowing, and one of the employees said "oh just put it in the bin" don't even get me started on the bathroom so gross! I don't know if the whole staff they had was all in training but this was the absolute worst service I have ever got! No happy at all!!!!!!!!

Good food, fast service

This is the best Harvey's I have ever been to!! We stopped in on our road trip and the staff was incredibly friendly. Chris and Arvin were helpful, polite, and hilarious! Our food was delicious and they brought us more fries when our spilt! The staff suggested local places to visit and they were great suggestions! Honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Arvin even walked around and made sure all the guests dining in were satisfied and had everything they needed! Thanks so much for making our first road trip stop a good one!!

it's good food for budget and need something quick

The man serving St the cash was absolutely ignorant. He was asked a simple question and I stead of answering with a proper respectable answer he was rude and ignorant. Never will I take my business there ever again. Makes you wonder if they spit in your food at any point and time. My opinion is all. Rest of the staff are fine.

Good food, great portions on the Swiss Chalet side. But restrooms deplorable. Hate to think the staff who prepped my food use these restrooms.

Harvey's is our favorite fast burger restaurant, and this one is clean and roomy, and right beside highway 11.

Harvey's used to have great burgers several years back, however, they now resemble frozen paddies that has been cooked or heated up. I still frequent them on occasion hoping for the return of the tasty burgers as what they used to have. Regrettably it remains a memory as of this review. IMO, their burgers are within the range of okay to good, but nothing to write home about.

There is a cashier here who does her best to mess your order up. I have resorted to communicating in numbers only. I'll only order off the 1-10 number menu. Each time I have tried to use words i end up getting pizza.

Good is what you expect, never really blown away by the customer service though.

My wife got food poisoning from eating the grilled chicken sandwich, i got the angus burger and i am fine. The owner of this harveys should check out safety of the chickens, i saw a review several months ago with the same issue with the chicken.Response to ownerNot sure how to put in reply to your comment so I will edit my post.My wife is feeling better now, we live very far away and was just traveling to muskoka to the santa village for the weekend.My wife had severe diarrhea and went to the washroom for 10 times, but she recovered after 2 days.We are not looking for any compensation, we are just alarmed of the similar chicken issue from the past reviews and wanted to notify you guys of the possibility. We don't think the grill chicken was undercooked or anything, but we don't understand what caused it.If you have time, maybe try and see if there is some problem with the grill chicken because we don't want other people to get sick.Thanks for your time.

The food is good but the drive thru could use some improvements- I really don't mind a little longer wait but when all is said and done - when I checked my order it was missing and item. Please ensure that you provide what people pay for.

First time at this Harvey's located on the edge of Gravenhurst and Hwy 11. Clean popular midsize restaurant attached to z Swiss Chalet. The veggie burgers are good, not to salty with fresh toppings. The regular classic cheese burgers...just okay. Compared to fresh made South Street burgers or Judas Priest...Harvey's is far behind. Ironically, Harvey's built its reputation on fresh meat patties, and fresh cut fries all grilled or cooked in front of you. I think , like most chains, just about everything is frozen now.

Harvey's makes your hamburger a beautiful thing

Amazing service. I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Jacob - he made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely polite; excused me when I sneezed and said please and thank you to his fellow coworkers whenever he could. The service he provided that day will insure we return in the future. Great Job!

Burger was burnt and it took forever, guess that's why it was burnt.

Can't say enough about these guys... good burgers, and Swiss Chalet right there too. These guys go out of their way to support Gravenhurst, especially during this pandemic

In much need of better management. Only a few people could provide proper service, too many unskilled inexperienced staff. In a swiss chalet/Harvey's location how is it possible to run out of chicken and expect customers to want to wait 25 minutes for cooked food! This location in an area with a very well attended local festival and key location along hwy 11 is likely always steady with patrons and more so in the weekend of the cranberries festival. Felt bad for the few who tried so hard but could not carry the service required. A very long wait as well on the Harvey's side to then choose a burger and painfully long wait for it to be dressed! Disappointing! A real shame, the local church in Bala was better staffed and organized for homemade food service with volunteers!

Good food. The staff need to be more friendly to their customers. And look like they were happier to be there and serve the customers.

This restaurant is a Great addition to our Town. The food and service is good, nice seating, ample parking, if you have a trailer, park across the St. The original burger is better than a McDonalds burger.. if u get the Angus. It's better. Great fries. Poutine. And the pickle spears and spring rolls, delicious. Llbo

Service is usually friendly and food is always fresh. The location is kept clean and the milkshakes are a 10/10. Great veggie options too.

Went through the drive thru got a quarter chicken meal. ate some of the chicken than noticed there was blood coming out of it and it was still raw in the center. Called and they gave me a new one but didnt even apologize at all what disrespectful people have these days. Will never eat there again.

A beautiful thing

Hands down the worst Harvey's location I've ever been too. One woman waited over 30 minutes for her chicken order. Avoid this place. None of the customers were happy.
